- Luke's kisses. He is the best little kisser. At 18 months, he smacks better than Silas or Hattie did at this age. He doesn't just give them out freely, but when he does, they are THE BEST.
- YMCA's childwatch. I pay $20 a month (on top of our family membership of about $60) for childwatch at our Y. I can take all my kids there for up to 2 1/2 hours a day. I have no idea how I could exercise without this program. I get to the Y, everyone washes their hands, hangs up coats. I bring a little snack and drink, labeled for each of my kids and head off to a class or the machines or whatever. I LOVE IT.
- Dried Blueberries were on sale at our local grocery store this week. My kids would eat these until they were sick, but I usually don't buy them because they are SO expensive. I guess this lot is close to expiration date, but on package of them was ONE DOLLAR. I bought 5 and I'm thinking I should go get some more of them.
- The Library. I posted on the whole library concept a few weeks ago, but I still can't get over it. I love bringing home a pile of books that my kids have never read. I love reading them. I love how excited they are to have new books around.
- My super husband who helps around the house. He is always so willing to load or unload the dishwasher (as long as he I have told him if its clean or dirty, right Shaunna?), help get shoes and coats on and off the kids, and make up the bed, among other things.

I love it! I'm going to do the same on my blog. I've given up scrapbooking, so my blog is my way of keeping up with things right now until I get into scrapbooking again. :-)
Oh funny~that's right. Sometimes those guys need a bit of direction--even if they have the best of intentions. (like telling them that the dishwasher needs to be UNLOADED, not LOADED!!) ha,ha What a good laugh that was! Jody is such a good sport--reminds my of my awesome hubby!
You don't know me, but my name is Kim and I was in the youth group at Green Acres while Ricky A. was youth minister. He and his wife Sandra let me live with them in their home (they just plucked me out of a sad situation...even though I was a stranger to them!) and I was saved a few weeks later. :o) Anyway, I am not sure if I ever told Jody this, but he was one of the youth that helped move my things into Ricky and Sandra's home...and I still remember him holding a box, moving it out of the old apartment I was in...and I'm thinking "What must these kids think of me?"...and he turned and looked at me and said "We've been praying for you". That *so* softened my heart towards the things of God. It meant so much to me. :o) I'm so excited to see he has a beautiful family and that God is using you all!! Right now my husband and I are in seminary, preparing for career foreign missions (and we are SO excited!). I don't know why I felt compelled to do a search on Jody's name this morning, but I'm very glad I did. I just couldn't *not* say hello and I wanted to say **thank you**! God is so wonderful!
